With an artistic background married to a career in flavor, finesse, and hospitality, I believe food should feel personal, indulgent, yet effortless all at once. I don’t just cook, I compose, I layer, I build flavors like brushstrokes on a canvas. Each dish tells a story and every event is a chance to turn a fleeting moment into something unforgettable.

Meet Ava-Grace: young culinarian and entrepreneur, big help and a huge inspiration for this company’s growth and inception, my daughter. A fan of horror, at only 10 years old she’s written a few scary stories and drafts, and wishes to make them and others into enjoyable works in the future. She has a great time learning kitchen techniques, cooking secrets and having fun with her dad.
Meet Adam: I have a passion for hospitality; I just enjoy making people happy and at ease! After spending over a decade on the corporate side of the medical world, I finally made the leap in the restaurant business. What started as a new adventure quickly became some of the most fun and fulfilling jobs Ive ever worked. I’ve soon learned that great food along with genuine hospitality has the power to lift the soul. We at A3 look forward to providing exceptional service.
